Cancellation & Refund Policy
At INDINSURTECH ASSOCIATION, we are committed to delivering value through our services, events, and memberships. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds:
1. Event Registrations, Sponsorships, and Memberships
- Once confirmed, registrations, sponsorships, and memberships are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- We encourage users to carefully review all details before proceeding with payment.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
- In the event of a duplicate transaction or technical error resulting in an incorrect payment, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
- All such requests must be sent to info@indiainsurtech.com with the transaction details and proof of payment.
3. Review and Approval
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
